It is a production scene at a wood bead workshop in the Philippines, one of Toco Beads' business partners. The prototype of the beads is cut out from the materials of various tree species, polished to shape and drilled, and wax coated to make beautiful Filipino wood beads with a smooth surface. The entire process is done manually using simple machines and tools.
