Anyone can purchase only strand products at the store. Individual products cannot be viewed or purchased due to display reasons. If you write down the code of the product you want to see and bring it with you, you can see it efficiently. We will accept your request by e-mail except during business hours.
We cannot accept inquiries about advertising solicitation or various sales by telephone.
Access (By Train and Bus) : JP Iwamizawa Station ; Hokkaido Chuo Bus Iwamizawa Bus Terminal Manji Line For Moyo-koryu-Center, get off at "Johomae" station and walk 1 minute. Since there are few buses on this route, we highly reccomend you to look up the bus schedule in advance.

Necessary charges other than the product price

As a general rule, we will accept returns for items that have been contacted in advance by phone or email within 7 days of the arrival of the item. If the reason for the return is not an initial defect and all or part of the shipping fee is paid by our shop at the time of purchase, we may ask you to pay an additional shipping fee.
In the case of initial failure, we will exchange it for a non-defective product after receiving the return by the method specified by our shop. (In this case, the return shipping fee will be borne by our shop in some way)
If the item cannot be exchanged, the price of the item already paid will be refunded.
(Note) Some of the beads may be deformed or cracked in the products sold in a row (not a single item but sold as a series of beads with a certain number of beads threaded through them). Even so, please note that it will not be subject to initial failure before purchase. In addition, please confirm the above when the product arrives and use it after consenting. Please note that the string cannot be replaced after it has been cut and separated. In addition, the number included in the ream is an approximation and may increase or decrease slightly depending on the ream.

Issuance of receipt
Unless otherwise requested, we will not issue a receipt.
- For credit card payment, please use "Usage details" and direct debit information instead.
- For PayPal payment, please follow the same procedure as card payment.
- In case of bank transfer, please use the quotation email / delivery note sent from our shop and the record of bank settlement.
- For cash on delivery, please use the "Cash on Delivery Receipt" attached to your luggage. (The name of the recipient is the name of the orderer)
If you need a receipt issued by our shop for some reason, please follow the procedure below.
- In the case of bank transfer ... Enter your request for issuance of a receipt in the "Communication column" displayed under the total column on the right side of the screen displayed by pressing the "View cart" button during the order procedure. Please give me. At that time, unless otherwise specified, a receipt addressed to the orderer will be enclosed with the product. If you forget to fill in this field, please let us know by e-mail. Please note that we will not be able to send the item if it is not in time for shipping.
- In the case of cash on delivery, after the item arrives, it has already been handed over to youPlease mail the "Cash on Delivery Receipt" to our shop. At that time, please enclose a return envelope (with a postage stamp attached for the required amount). We will create and ship it after arrival.
Please let us know in advance by email or phone that you would like to return the product, and within 7 days from the date of delivery. After that, it will be decided after confirming the reason for the return.

In the case of returns that are not attributable to our shop, we will refund the item promptly after the item is returned to our shop and the price is paid to our shop. It may take up to 60 days. In the case of payment by bank transfer, we will refund immediately after the returned item arrives.
In the case of cash on delivery, please note that if you do not receive it and return it to our shop, you will be charged the shipping fee and cash on delivery fee.
When delivering the product, we will carefully wrap it with safety and light weight in mind and send it with the product number code. We will enclose a delivery note addressed to the orderer.
