Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled after the product has been shipped. Even before the product has been shipped, we don't accept cancellations of orders made more than 8 hours after the order has been placed.
- In addition, we do not accept cancellations for cords sold by the meter or for products that have undergone bead hole enlargement.
