Our beads are sold as parts for handmade accessories and handmade jewelry. Anyone can purchase only "Ren's products" at the store. Due to the convenience of the display, individual products cannot be viewed or purchased. If you write down the product code of the product you want to see and bring it with you, you can see it efficiently. We will accept your request by e-mail except during business hours.
We cannot accept inquiries about advertising solicitations or various sales over the phone.

Defective product

As a general rule, we will accept returns for items that have been contacted in advance by phone or email within 7 days of the arrival of the item. If the reason for the return is not an initial defect and all or part of the shipping fee was at our expense, you may be charged for the shipping fee.
In the case of initial defect, we will exchange it for a good product after receiving the defective product returned by the method we specify. (In this case, the shipping fee to return the defective goods will be paid by us in some way.)
If the item cannot be exchanged with good product, we refund for the product.

(Note) Some of the beads may be deformed or cracked in a strand (not a single item but sold as a series of beads with a certain number of beads threaded through the string). However, please note that it will not be subject to initial defects unless the number of non-defective products is less than the "Quantity / Sales unit" (quantity per strand) described in the product information. Please note that the string cannot be replaced after it has been cut and disassembled. The number of beads included in one strand may varies slightly depending on the strand.

Issuance of receipts

  • In case of bank transfer, please use the quotation email / delivery note sent from our shop and the record of bank payment.

If you need a receipt issued by our shop for some reason, please follow the procedure below.

  • In the case of bank transfer ... Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after the product has been shipped. In addition, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled for cords that are sold by the piece or products that have been enlarged with a bead hole.

Return deadline

Please let us know in advance by email or phone that you would like to return the product, and within 7 days from the date of delivery. After that, it is decided after confirming the reason for the return.

Refund remittance fee and product price refund time

If the damage is due to initial failure, it will be borne by the store, otherwise it will be borne by the customer.
In the case of returns that are not attributable to our shop, we will refund the item promptly after the item is returned to our shop and the price is paid to our shop. It may take up to 60 days. In the case of payment by bank transfer, refund will be given immediately after the returned product arrives.
In the case of cash on delivery, please note that if the customer does not receive it and returns it to our shop, we will charge the shipping fee and the cash on delivery fee.

Delivery method
