Returns and Refunds

Please contact us via email or contact form(Here)within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Please let us know your order number, name, item number and quantity to be returned.

For customer living overseas, and the reason for return is initial defect, we don't accept return or exchange but we refund for the defect item.
For customers living in Japan, or for customer living overseas who requests return due to personal circumstances, we accept returns if we have been contacted by email or contact form within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that item that has undergone any processing such as enlarging holes are non refundable.

Conditions for accepting returns

  • For products sold in strings, the strings must not be cut.
  • Products sold individually, in packs, and in sets must be packaged by product number (not mixed with other products).
  • Beads must be packaged in such a way that the item number(s) can be identified.
  • Non refundable for items(s) that have undergone any processing such as enlarging holes.
  • Non refundable for cords or strings sold by measure.
  • In the case of returns due to customer circumstances, there must be a maximum of 5 items per order.

Note : For products sold in strings, some of the beads may be broken or cracked. It's not treated as a defect as long as the number of non-defective products are same as or more than the "Quantity / Sales unit(Avg.)" described in the product information. Please note that once the string has been cut and taken apart, it cannot be returned.

Return process

 In case of return due to initial defect

  • After receiving the returned item using the method specified by us, we exchange it for a non-defective item. (Return shipping costs for return is paid by us.)
  • If we cannot exchange it, we give a refund. For customer living overseas, we don't exchange but give a refund.

 In case of return due to personal circumstances

  • Please send it prepaid by a traceable method.
  • Once we receive the package, we check the condition of the product and then give a refund the balance after following fee has been deducted.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we refund after checking the condition of returned prodcut. We inform you by email once the refund is done.
((In the case of a return due to personal circumstances, it may take up to 30 days if the money of the credit card payment or PayPal payment have not arrived at our account.If the payment is made by bank transfer, we give a refund as soon as we receive the returned product.)

Refunds is made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Miscellaneous fees related to returns

  • Payment fees incurred at the time of purchase(If the payment method at the time of purchase is card payment or PayPal payment.))
  • Transfer fee for refund(If the payment method at the time of purchase is bank transfer.)
  • Shipping costs that should be borne by the customer after the product is returned.(if our store paid for all or part of the shipping costs when the product was shipped from us.)
