Hole Enlargement for Wooden Beads(Up to 5mm)
We offer a paid hole enlargement service (up to 5mm) for wooden beads upon request before purchase.
Eligible Products
・Products labeled “Drill” in the product image
・The enlarged hole size must not exceed the smaller of 5mm or one-third of the bead diameter
How to Order
1. Before placing your order, please contact us via the inquiry form ( here ) and provide the following information :
- Product code(s)
- Quantity
- Desired hole size (up to 5mm)
Example: PW301-39S, 10 pcs, 3mm
2. We will reply by email to inform you whether the requested processing is possible.
3. Once confirmed, please add both of the product(s), and the Hole Enlargement Service (see product info here) to your cart and proceed with checkout. Make sure to order one enlargement service per bead that needs processing. At that time, please enter the product name(s), quantity(ies), and desired hole size(s) for the items requiring processing in the Order instructions in your cart.
Example: PW301-39S / 10 pcs / 3mm hole
The Order instructions field can be accessed by clicking the cart button and selecting “View cart / Enter order instructions.”
4. We will proceed with the hole enlargement.If, for any reason, the requested processing cannot be completed, we will refund the processing fee for the affected item.
Important Notes
- Even if a product is initially confirmed as eligible, hole enlargement may not be possible during the actual process due to differences in wood type or bead characteristics. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected item(s) and enlargement fees.
- Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds for other items in the same order that were successfully processed.
Example:
If you request hole enlargement for 10 different types of beads and only 1 type cannot be processed, you will receive a refund for that 1 item only. The remaining 9 items and their enlargement fees are not refundable.
- Products that have undergone hole enlargement are non-returnable.
