Important Notice on International Shipping
Notice for U.S. Orders
Shipping to the United States has resumed.
For orders shipped via the postal network (Express Airmail (EMS),Standard Airmail (Air Packet / Parcel)), advance payment of customs duties is required for the goods with a declared value of USD 800 or less.
After your order is placed, we will inform you of the applicable customs duties and duty prepayment service fee by email. Your order will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
For shipments with a declared value exceeding USD 800, advance payment of customs duties is not available. Any customs duties or import-related charges will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Changes in International Shipping Availability
Due to sudden international changes, shipping to some overseas destinations may be unavailable. If we cannot ship your order, we will suggest alternatives or issue a full refund. (Updated Mar 22, 2022)
Shipping Options
Express Airmail (EMS)
A fast and reliable international express service provided by the postal service. It includes tracking and priority handling, suitable for urgent or valuable shipments.
Standard Airmail (Air Packet / Parcel)
This is more economical shipping options but take longer for delivery. A tracking number is provided, however, tracking service is not available in some countries or regions. Depending on the weight of your package, it will be shipped as either a International Air Packet or Parcel. If the package is heavy, we may switch to FedEx, but the shipping cost will remain unchanged.
Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. Once you enter your shipping address during checkout, available shipping methods and their respective costs will be displayed.
For shipments with a declared value exceeding JPY 200,000, an export declaration handling fee (JPY2,800 as of July 22, 2026) is required separately. This fee is not included in the shipping fee shown at checkout and will be charged separately after your order is placed.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges may apply upon arrival in the destination country. All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Japan Domestic shipping fee
Shipping Options
1. All prefectures except Okinawa (including remote islands)
- Japan post "Teikeigai Yubin" (Standard Mail )
- Sagawa "Hikyaku Takuhaibin"(Courier Service)
※ For remote islands, shipments will be sent via Japan post's Letter Pack Plus instead of courier.
2. Okinawa Prefecture
- Japan post "Teikeigai Yubin" (Standard Mail)
- Japan post "Letter Pack Plus" (Express Mail)
If you select Standard Mail, we may change the shipping method at our discretion to Courier Service, Letter Pack Light, Letter Pack Plus, or Smart Letter, depending on the nature of the items or the shipping cost.
In such cases, the shipping fee will not exceed the amount shown at the time of purchase, but no refund will be made if the actual cost is lower.
If you select Courier Service and request via email to use Letter Pack Plus, we will accommodate your request if the item size allows it.

Shipping Fee
"Teikeigai Yubin" (Standard Mail) — All prefectures
This shipping method is low-cost, but does not include tracking or insurance in case of loss or damage. Please choose this option at your own risk.
If your package does not arrive and is suspected to be lost, we can contact Japan Post for an investigation upon your request, and we will inform you of the result.
Please note that the weight includes packaging materials, and the listed shipping fees may differ slightly from the actual postage cost. However, no adjustments or refunds will be made for differences from the actual cost.
Standard Mail usually takes about two business days after shipping for delivery, but as it is treated as regular mail, tracking is not available, and no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Depending on the shipping date, delivery may take up to a week.
Shipping Fee:
- Orders under ¥5,500 (incl. tax): ¥210–¥750 depending on weight (flat rate nationwide)
- Orders ¥5,500 and above: Free
Letter Pack Plus — Okinawa Only
Shipping Fee:
- Orders from ¥1 to ¥19,999 (incl. tax): ¥600
- Orders ¥20,000 and above: Free
(May be split into multiple Letter Pack Plus shipments or upgraded to Yu-Pack at our discretion and cost.)
Sagawa "Hikyaku Takuhaibin"(Courier Service) — All prefectures except Okinawa (including remote islands)
Shipping Fee:
- ¥1–¥5,499: ¥750
- ¥5,500–¥9,999: ¥500
- ¥10,000–¥14,999: ¥250
- ¥15,000 and above: Free (We may switch to Letter Pack Plus at our discretion.)
※ If your courier shipment is going to a remote island, it will be sent via Letter Pack Plus. Courier rates will still apply. (Revised on June 11, 2025)
Exceptions :Certain large items are subject to a flat courier shipping fee, regardless of the order amount or the standard shipping rates listed above. Additionally, these items will be shipped via courier service even if the delivery address is in Okinawa or a remote island of another prefecture.Delivery Time Slot Selection for Courier Service
You may choose from the following delivery time slots for courier shipments:
- in the morning
- 12:00 to 14:00
- 14:00 to 16:00
- 16:00 to 18:00
- 18:00 to 21:00
Note: In certain regions, your selected time slot may not be available at the time of shipment. If this occurs, please use the "missed delivery notice" left by the courier to reschedule your delivery.
