We will be temporarily closed for the following period.

Temporary closure period

During this period, you can use our online shop as usual, but we are unable to ship products, send email.

■Product shipping schedule for the above period (JST)

Paid orders received by the morning of September 27 will be shipped on September 27.

Paid orders received after the afternoon of September 27 will be shipped sequentially from August 1 onwards.

■Email support during the above period

Basically, we will check your email at least once a day, so we will respond as needed, but you may have to wait a little longer than usual.

■Telephone support

We do not have an answering machine set up at our store, so we are unable to respond. Please let us know by email if you have any inquiries during the holidays.
